General Policy: Printful does not offer returns and exchanges for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.
Refunds/Replacements: Refunds are available only to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items after confirmation.
Procedure: To resolve issues for damaged or wrong items, the customer must contact support within a week of receiving their order and provide photos of the damaged/wrong product, their order number, and any other relevant details.
